Pricing
How is pricing calculated?
+
Airport transfers are flat-rated by route and vehicle, from $125 to $250 depending on origin and SUV. Hourly bookings (weddings, events, executive use) are $125/hr with a 2-hour minimum, then by the hour — with package pricing for 4-, 5-, and 6-hour days. Long-distance transfers are quoted flat or per-mile depending on the route. Every booking is quoted in full before you confirm — there are no surprise fees.
Is gratuity included?
+
Gratuity is not included in the rate quoted online. It’s appreciated but never expected — your chauffeur is paid a fair professional wage either way.
What forms of payment do you accept?
+
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Corporate clients can arrange direct billing — contact us to set up an account.
How is the rate calculated? Is there surge pricing?
+
Flat rates only. Every airport route has a fixed price by vehicle, quoted before you book. Buckhead → ATL in an Escalade is the same price at 6 a.m. on a Tuesday and 5:30 p.m. on a Friday. There’s no surge pricing, no traffic surcharge, no late-night premium. The rate covers the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, the first 60 minutes of wait time on delays, and basic in-cabin amenities. Gratuity isn’t included by default but is appreciated.
Booking & Cancellation
How far in advance should I book?
+
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for routine transfers and a week or more for weddings, events, and high-demand windows. Same-day requests are sometimes possible — call us and we’ll do our best.
What is your cancellation policy?
+
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited. No-shows are charged the full booking amount. See our refund policy for the complete terms.
Can I modify my booking after confirming?
+
Yes — date, time, and vehicle changes are accommodated based on availability. Contact us as soon as you know and we’ll handle it. There’s no fee for routine changes.
Where does my chauffeur meet me at ATL?
+
Two options. Curbside is the default — your chauffeur waits in the short-term ground transportation deck, picks you up at the curb outside baggage claim, and you don’t need to navigate any further. Meet-and-greet is free on request — your chauffeur waits inside baggage claim with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. Meet-and-greet is the default for international arrivals (Maynard H. Jackson terminal) and for PDK private aviation pickups. Choose at booking; you can also switch on the day with a quick text.
What if my flight is delayed?
+
We track your flight live from the moment it leaves the origin airport. Pickup time auto-adjusts to your actual landing — there’s nothing for you to do. The first 60 minutes of wait time on flight delays is complimentary; beyond that, we bill prorated wait time at the regular hourly rate (rare — almost no flight runs more than an hour late once it’s airborne).
Do you serve PDK and private aviation?
+
Yes. We coordinate with all three FBOs at DeKalb-Peachtree (PDK) — Atlantic Aviation, Signature Flight Support, and Million Air — for ramp-side pickup whenever clearances allow. Crew transfers, owner pickups, jet card runs, and last-minute charter arrivals are routine. For VIP clients, we also handle staging and unmarked-vehicle requests. Just tell us the FBO and tail number at booking.
I'm arriving on an international flight. Anything different?
+
Nothing you need to do. We track international flights the same way as domestic, and we account for typical customs and baggage-claim wait times when calculating your pickup window. Meet-and-greet at the international baggage claim (Concourse F) is free for all international arrivals — your chauffeur is there with a sign before you clear customs. If you connect to a domestic flight at ATL after customs, just let us know at booking and we’ll plan around the connection.
What's the deposit and when do I pay it?
+
A $250 refundable deposit is required at the time of rental pickup, held on a credit card. The deposit is released back to your card after the vehicle is returned in the same condition and at the same fuel level. The deposit covers any additional charges that might be incurred during the rental period — see the rental policy for full terms.
What's the fuel policy on rentals?
+
The gas tank must be returned filled to the same level it was at the time of pickup — full tank at pickup, full tank at return. Failure to return the vehicle at the same fuel level results in a refueling charge billed against the deposit, plus a small service fee. Nearest filling stations to the pickup location are noted on the rental confirmation.
How do I extend my rental?
+
Send us a text or call as soon as you know you need more time. Extensions on the same rate are usually fine as long as the SUV isn’t reserved for the next renter. We confirm the new return date and update your rental agreement; the extra days are billed at the same daily rate, or moved to the weekly rate if the extension crosses the seven-day threshold. Don’t keep the vehicle past the agreed return without confirming — undocumented extensions can result in additional charges and may forfeit the deposit.
What's the minimum shoot booking?
+
We start at $75/hr with a two-hour minimum on standard shoots. Full-day shoots (8–12 hours) are booked at a day rate that works out lower per hour; multi-day shoots are quoted as a package. Vehicle delivery to your set is included in the starting rate; long-haul delivery (more than 30 miles from Atlanta) carries a small flat-rate delivery charge.
What's your cancellation policy for shoots?
+
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the call time releases the booking with no charge. Within 48 hours, we charge a half-day minimum to cover the dispatch slot. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are billed at the full booked rate. Weather and force-majeure delays — postponements rather than cancellations — are rebooked to the next available date at no extra cost.
Vehicles
Are car seats available?
+
Yes. Infant, toddler, and booster seats are available on request at no additional charge. Please mention car seat needs at booking so we can have them installed and ready.
What amenities are in the vehicles?
+
Every vehicle is stocked with bottled water, USB and USB-C charging, and a meticulously clean interior. Wi-Fi, refreshments, and other custom touches can be arranged on request.
How much luggage can your vehicles handle?
+
Each of our SUVs handles 5–7 large bags plus carry-ons, comfortably. The Cadillac Escalade ESV and GMC Yukon XL Denali fit 6 passengers and 6 bags; the Ford Expedition fits 6 passengers and 5 bags; the Chevrolet Suburban fits 6 passengers and 7 bags for the biggest cargo loads. For groups travelling with golf bags, ski equipment, or extra-large suitcases, we’ll recommend the right vehicle at booking — or run two vehicles if needed.
Can you provide multiple vehicles for continuity?
+
Yes. Our fleet has six SUVs across four makes — we can match two Escalades, two Denalis, or run mixed fleet shots for arrival sequences, convoys, or back-to-back set days. For continuity matching (same trim level, same color), tell us at the quote stage and we’ll confirm which pair best fits the look. Multi-vehicle bookings get a coordinated single-dispatch chauffeur arrangement so everyone is in position when the camera is.
Can the vehicle be modified for a shoot (e.g., wraps, decals)?
+
Light modifications that are fully reversible — magnetic decals, low-tack vinyl decals, prop license plates, removable interior dressing — are usually fine on prior approval. We don’t allow permanent or paint-affecting changes (full vehicle wraps that aren’t certified-removable, paint touch-ups, structural modifications). For any modification, send a description in advance; we’ll confirm what works and quote any prep or post-shoot detailing fees.
Service area
Do you serve beyond Atlanta?
+
Yes. We regularly transfer to and from Athens, Augusta, Savannah, Birmingham, Chattanooga, and other regional destinations. Long-distance transfers are quoted by route — call or message us with your trip details.
Drivers
Are drivers background-checked?
+
Yes. Every chauffeur passes a multi-state criminal background check, has a clean driving record, and is professionally trained before being scheduled with clients.
Do drivers wear uniforms?
+
Yes — black suit and tie is our default. We can adjust to match the formality of your event on request, from black-tie down to more relaxed corporate dress.
Who can drive the rental vehicle?
+
The individual who signs the rental agreement is the only authorized driver of the vehicle. Renters must possess a valid driver’s license, presented at the time of pickup. We don’t add secondary drivers to the same rental — if multiple drivers are needed, please let us know at the quote stage and we’ll discuss arrangements.
Special requests
Can you accommodate special requests like champagne or flowers?
+
Absolutely. We can arrange champagne service, flowers, custom décor for weddings, partition windows for privacy, and more. Mention the request at booking and we’ll work out the details.
Are pets allowed in vehicles?
+
Service animals are always welcome. Other pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis — please mention at booking. A modest cleaning fee may apply.
What if there's damage or an issue during the rental?
+
Call us immediately. Don’t attempt repairs, tows, or part replacements yourself — our vehicles are insured and we have designated service providers for every situation. Whether it’s a flat tire, a warning light, an accident, or any concern about the vehicle, we’ll guide you through the right next step and arrange authorized service. Unauthorized repairs or services may result in additional charges. See the damage disclaimer for the full statement.
Is insurance included with the rental?
+
Our vehicles carry their own insurance, but the renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period — this includes damage, loss, or theft. We strongly recommend renters verify their personal auto insurance and/or credit card rental coverage before the trip. We confirm insurance arrangements at the time of booking; if you need supplemental coverage, we’ll discuss options at the quote stage.
Do you sign NDAs for confidential shoots?
+
Yes — every shoot crew signs a project-specific NDA on request. We’ve worked on shoots with strict pre-release confidentiality (unreleased music videos, brand spots in embargo, talent appearances with non-disclosure terms). Booking records for high-confidentiality shoots can be kept off the standard CRM and held in a sealed file. Unmarked vehicles are available; license plate frames and any company-identifying decals are removed on request.
