Photo and video shoots in Atlanta
Atlanta is now the third-largest film and TV production hub in the United States — the “Hollywood South” effect has brought music videos, commercials, fashion campaigns, and full-length productions to the city in numbers that rival Los Angeles and New York. The credits for these productions are full of major-network drama, top-40 music videos, and household-name brand campaigns. Every one of them, at some point, needs a styled vehicle on set.
That’s where we come in. We deliver our SUVs to your shoot — at the call time, to the location, with a chauffeur who knows how to behave around a production. From the studio lots in Pinewood to street scenes in Cabbagetown to vineyard locations in Dahlonega, we move our six SUVs to wherever the shoot needs them.
What “shoots” actually covers
Music videos. A specific SUV for the artist arrival, the convoy shot, the rooftop loft scene. We’ve delivered multiple Escalades on a single shoot for fleet continuity, and held a vehicle through multi-day shoots in different parts of the city.
Brand commercials. Luxury car-adjacent campaigns where the brand needs a styled SUV in frame for a hotel pickup scene, a city-arrival sequence, or a “weekend in Atlanta” lifestyle spot.
Fashion editorials. Print and online editorial work that needs a sharp SUV against an Atlanta backdrop — Buckhead, the BeltLine, the Westside warehouse aesthetic. Our SUVs are detailed for the camera before arrival.
Headshots and product. Smaller shoots that need a clean SUV for an hour or two. Our $75/hr starting rate is structured for short bookings — small productions don’t need a half-day commitment.

- We answer the phone. Same owner, same dispatch, single number. When the call sheet shifts at 11 p.m. the night before, we can adjust.
- The SUVs show up detailed. Every vehicle is paint-corrected and inside-cleaned the night before a shoot. No surprises when the DP looks through the viewfinder.
- The chauffeur behaves like a PA. We’ve been on enough sets to know not to make noise during takes, to move the vehicle without being asked when a setup changes, to stay out of the way of the gaffer.
Cross-service work
Many shoots overlap with our other services. The director flying in for a multi-day shoot uses our corporate chauffeur service for airport and hotel transfers. A talent agency books our VIP service for the principal’s confidential schedule between scenes. Multi-week shoots sometimes use our rentals — a self-drive SUV for the director or DP during the shoot run, separate from the on-camera vehicles.
How to book
Send a call sheet — even a rough draft. We need date, location, number of vehicles, hours, and any specifics on the vehicle look (trim, color, year). We come back with a quote within the day; lock in by deposit and we’re on the call sheet for the shoot date.

Confirmation 24 hours before.
Final call time, exact pickup or delivery address, and the chauffeur's direct line. Detail crew runs the SUV through inside-out cleaning the night before.

Vehicle on set.
Delivered to the call time. Chauffeur stays with the vehicle through the shoot day — moves to talent transport, repositioning for the next setup, or hold quiet at craft service.

Wrap and invoice.
When you wrap, we wrap. Invoice goes to production accounting on the standard payment terms — net 30 by default, net 7 by arrangement.

Common questions
What's the minimum shoot booking?

We start at $75/hr with a two-hour minimum on standard shoots. Full-day shoots (8–12 hours) are booked at a day rate that works out lower per hour; multi-day shoots are quoted as a package. Vehicle delivery to your set is included in the starting rate; long-haul delivery (more than 30 miles from Atlanta) carries a small flat-rate delivery charge.
Can you provide multiple vehicles for continuity?

Yes. Our fleet has six SUVs across four makes — we can match two Escalades, two Denalis, or run mixed fleet shots for arrival sequences, convoys, or back-to-back set days. For continuity matching (same trim level, same color), tell us at the quote stage and we’ll confirm which pair best fits the look. Multi-vehicle bookings get a coordinated single-dispatch chauffeur arrangement so everyone is in position when the camera is.
Do you sign NDAs for confidential shoots?

Yes — every shoot crew signs a project-specific NDA on request. We’ve worked on shoots with strict pre-release confidentiality (unreleased music videos, brand spots in embargo, talent appearances with non-disclosure terms). Booking records for high-confidentiality shoots can be kept off the standard CRM and held in a sealed file. Unmarked vehicles are available; license plate frames and any company-identifying decals are removed on request.
What's your cancellation policy for shoots?

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the call time releases the booking with no charge. Within 48 hours, we charge a half-day minimum to cover the dispatch slot. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are billed at the full booked rate. Weather and force-majeure delays — postponements rather than cancellations — are rebooked to the next available date at no extra cost.
Can the vehicle be modified for a shoot (e.g., wraps, decals)?

Light modifications that are fully reversible — magnetic decals, low-tack vinyl decals, prop license plates, removable interior dressing — are usually fine on prior approval. We don’t allow permanent or paint-affecting changes (full vehicle wraps that aren’t certified-removable, paint touch-ups, structural modifications). For any modification, send a description in advance; we’ll confirm what works and quote any prep or post-shoot detailing fees.
