When you book a ride or contact us, we collect: name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, trip preferences, and payment information processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

How we use your information

We use your information to confirm and provide the service you booked, communicate with you about your trip, send confirmations and receipts, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We share information only with: (1) Stripe, for payment processing; (2) Resend, our email delivery provider; (3) the chauffeur assigned to your trip, who receives your name, phone, and trip details; and (4) authorities when legally required.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses essential cookies only. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide a way to opt out.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing Sales@prestigesr.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current revision. Material changes will be communicated by email when possible.
